Grassy Area Scooping
Keep your property clean and inviting by having our team service the grass-covered areas frequented by your tenants. We use a specific pattern when cleaning your property to be sure we don’t leave any waste behind.
Pet Waste Stations
We install and maintain pet waste stations to encourage your tenants to help keep the property tidy. Stations come with optional bag dispensers that are checked and filled on your scheduled maintenance days. We offer weekly station maintenance from once to 3 times a week.
Station Maintenance
After we’ve installed your station(s) we get to work keeping them fresh and clean. We offer weekly station maintenance from once to 3 times a week. During maintenance, stations are sanitized and deodorized, bags are resupplied and trash surrounding the station is removed.
Deodorization
Help keep your property smelling fresh with our eco-friendly deodorizer that is safe for humans, animals and plants. We offer both grounds and waste station deodorization. Improve the appeal your property to help draw in new business.
Common Area Cleaning

Community Trash Removal
We also offer community trash can service, including scheduled waste removal, sanitization and deodorization. Never deal with overflowing trash cans again!
Why Simple Scoop?
We are polite, professional, in uniform, and pride ourselves on the quality of our service.
We offer one, two or three weekly scheduled maintenance visits. Service is scheduled to fall on the same day(s) each week.
We use the usual scooping gear and use 100% compostable bags that meet the ASTM D6400 standard. We sanitize all our equipment and shoes before every visit, ensuring we don’t track any harmful bacteria or parasites onto your property.

Why Scoop Often?
