The Simple Scoop Story
The idea for Simple Scoop was born from a son assisting his mom after knee surgery. During her recovery, it was hard enough for her just to let her dog out and needed help scooping all the poop up. We both realized that maybe other people could use some help with this dreaded chore, but for a variety of reasons, not just due to being injured.
We have had many dogs in our family. Nyla, the cute dog we feature on our website, is the current focus of our care and scooping efforts. We think that everybody deserves the love and affection of a family dog and waste removal shouldn’t get in the way of the joy they share with their furry family member.
As a small, local business, we very much appreciate all of our customers. We will go the extra mile to be sure we exceed your expectations. We will keep our eyes and ears open and let you know if we notice anything strange or suspicious around your property.

Our Goals
We’re motivated to create a healthier environment for humans and animals alike. One of the ways we try to do that is by using BPI certified compostable bags that meet the ASTM D6400 standard and are made from plant starches.
Another way we achieve that goal is by only using deodorizers and sanitizers that are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Removing dog waste before it has a chance to pollute our environment also benefits everyone in our community, not just those we help directly through our service.
Finally, a big motivator for us is to be sure anybody who needs assistance with this dirty job gets the help they require. We enjoy helping older as well as disabled folks keep the pets that they love without worrying about being able to scoop up after them.

We are environmentally conscious and care about our community. We will only choose products that are proven to be safe for animals, humans, and our environment.
When on a scheduled plan, you can be sure your yard will be serviced on the same days each week except in certain situations such as hazardous weather. We are proud to be incredibly thorough and pay attention to every detail while we are servicing your property.
