We are eco-conscious and carefully select the products we use. We chose certified 100% compostable bags made from plant starches that are safe for the environment. Our Deodorizer and Sanitizer are also safe for the environment and animals.
We have options that begin as low as $16 per scoop by offering discounts for higher frequency service. We also offer discounts for bundling our Scoop Service with any add-ons you choose, such as deodorizing.
Yes! In fact, it’s our busiest time of year. Although at times snow accumulation can make the job challenging, a majority of the waste is still able to be scooped, leaving your furry friend a clean place to do their business.
We will charge for a one-time cleanup and then schedule weekly service visits to your yard. No need to be embarrassed about any waste build up. We understand how it can happen and do not judge anyone.
We love dogs and enjoy meeting your pups, but we generally prefer they be left inside for our visit. We don’t ever want to risk your dog accidentally getting out of the yard and even friendly dogs can become territorial if there is an unknown person in their yard. To keep everybody safe, we will send a text to remind you we are on our way.
We have days dedicated to specific geographical areas to be as efficient as possible, but if there is a unique circumstance, such as a birthday party being held in the yard, we will do our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
Absolutely! Just give us 48 hours notice and we will skip your property and credit your account for the weeks you are away. One of the benefits of our system is the ability to easily stop and restart service when needed. Cancelling is just as easy.
If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double duty the following week. You will still be charged due to 2 weeks of accumulated waste in the yard. We will then return to your normal schedule.
No! You are free to live your life. We will be there on schedule to service your yard. We do need unobstructed access to your yard on your scheduled day.
